There is nothing cuter than a baby's first smile. I'm sure that has everything to do with the fact that this is your first real reward for an otherwise thankless job. You are totally exhausted and then this crying, pooping, eating machine finally gives a little back! And it only gets better from here! He's such a cutie. Those little grins just make it all worth while.

Oh my goodness Heather he is so adorable. I can't get over that little adorable smile. You are right it does make it all worthwhile.
I can't get over how prefectly shaped his features are. And I think he has his BIG eyes on for the pictures. Love those cutey babies.
